Local Settings

Unlike Global Settings, Local Settings only take effect for LoginBox on this computer.

Data Directory

The data directory stores browser-generated data (e.g., loaded images, videos, cookies, and browsing history). If you create many browser environments, disk usage can grow large. We recommend choosing a drive with plenty of free space for the data directory and avoiding external/removable drives.

Backup Directory

The backup directory is used to store browser data backups (browsing history, bookmarks, saved credentials, etc.). It is recommended to place it on a different disk than your data directory.

Shortcut key

Use keyboard shortcuts to show/hide LoginBox UI. As configured (as shown), pressing Alt+A hides the LoginBox interface; pressing Alt+A again shows it.

Taskbar Icons

Show all browser window icons:Display all open browser windows on the taskbar.
Show active browser window icon only:Only the currently active browser window (the one visible on screen) will show an icon on the taskbar; icons for other open browser windows are automatically hidden.

Proxy Timeout

Set the timeout for network proxy connection tests.
